"Krik" and "krak" are two Haitian terms used before telling a story. The storyteller would start off by asking "Krik?" followed by the listener saying "Krak!" meaning that they are ready to listen to the story. On this blog Mr. Gomez's 2018 senior class will be posting our thoughts on stories we are reading throughout our senior year in hopes that it provides a deeper understanding of each story to our readers.
